Now I know you would be quick to say to make sure the vst is in its right plugin folder. It is. Alrighty did the hold down ALT and press rescan in preferences, and the vst is STILL not there in ableton plugins. I have ableton live 8. What do you think the problem is?? The vst is 'Grossbeat' from FL studios. FL studios vst works in ableton just fine, but I just want to use the grossbeat as a standalone vst in ableton, like in this video
